The two owners of Drizzly Music Production, Volker Diehl and Faris Al-Hassoni are true veterans of the music scene, having worked for almost 9 years now!
End of �91 Volker Diehl and two other partners established "Attic Musicproduction" the label, music and graphic design studio and its own branch Attic Merchandising. Since 1991 Faris Al-Hassoni has worked for the music distribution company "Discomania".
Volker Diehl and Faris Al-Hassoni met each other in the middle of 1993. As they complemented each other perfectly regarding business in every respect, Faris "Al-Faris" Al-Hassoni and Volker "V.O.O.D.I." Diehl decided to found the first label "Universal Prime Breaks". The foundation stone was laid of the first release on . During the following two years they had to set up the business. They completed contracts with producers, artists and remixers that represented the Sound of U.P.B.
In 1995, U.P.B has produced more and more merchandising products, that it makes possible to create an own collection, which was published as 12-page catalogue to issue to the market. Till the end of 1995 sold UPB around 25000 textiles.
Thereafter in 1996, Volker Diehl and Faris Al-Hassoni establishment of the company "Drizzly Manufacturing" and the label Drizzly Records. From thereof Drizzly Manufacturing became the Mother Company of Universal Prime Breaks and all other new foundations.
The label U.P.B. was built in the years 1996 / 97 to the best sold underground label of the music distribution company "Discomania". 1997, establishment of the labels Real Groove Records, Contstruct Rhythm, Jerk Records, Swop Records. 1998, followed the establishment of the labels Form Recordings & Illuminate Records. 1999, followed the establishment of the labels Planet Traxx Records & Axwax Records. 2000, followed the establishment of the labels Logport Recordings, Club Quake Records, Pop!Art Records & Composure Records and the Drizzly Manufacturing moved into a new home-base in Frankfurt City and a new company form. The Drizzly Music Production GmbH & Co KG was born.
From 1993 - 2000 they convinced many big artists for releasing on their labels: Oliver Lieb, Andreas Kr�mer, Andrew Wooden, Paul Johnson, Junk Project, Green Court, Timo Maas, CeCe Rogers, Topazz, Mario DeBellis, DJ Jan, Sharon Williams, DJ Sin Plomo, Silent Harmony, George Acosta, Pascal F.E.O.S., and many many more....
The Drizzly Music Production GmbH & Co KG reflects a crossover sound from Club-Trance & House to progressive Club- & Acid-Techno and hard-underground techno Sound. The company has reached now worldwide a well-known standing of most DJ�s , Magazines and Marketing-Companies.
